Kasheba Marshall is the Associate Director of Columbia University's Center for the Study of Social Difference, where she provides financial and operational leadership to the Department. Before joining the Center, she was Assistant Director of Individual Giving at Columbia Business School's Office of Development & Alumni Relations, where she drove the stewardship program and contributed to activities that raised $8.7 million annually to support scholarships, student services, faculty research, curricular innovation, and other initiatives. 

Kasheba's more than ten years of experience in the fundraising industry are a testament to her dedication and expertise. She earned her B.A. from New York University and her M.S. in Nonprofit and Fundraising Management from the School of Professional Studies, Columbia University. Her educational journey includes an M.P.A. in Management Innovation from the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University.
