Historian Karl Jacoby, co-director of the Center for the Study of Race and Ethnicity and member of the CSSD Executive Committee, was interviewed in US News about a legal challenge brought by Apache tribal members against the US Forest Service to prevent a parcel of land from becoming a copper mine.
