Reconstructing History in Brazil's Favelas and India's Zhopdis

The activity aims to carry out artistic, poetic and reflective exercises with different audiences, inspired by the concept of “poetics of childhood” by Renato Noguera, Ação Poética | A child’s gaze intends to travel through childhood as a way of perceiving the world and as the ability to color existence. Contemporary art doesn’t give us a ready-made reality, and what does that have to do with childhood? How does childhood teach us to traverse everyday forms and objects? How can we look at things in the world like it was for the first time?
